Double H Dove Poppers
Filleted dove breasts, jalapeños, bacon, cream cheese, fajita seasoning, Italian dressing, rounded toothpicks and Tupperware container(s).
- Fillet dove breasts off the breast bone
- Using a teaspoon, apply a dab of cream cheese on each dove breast
- Place desired amount of jalapeño on cream cheese
- Fold breast together to seal cream cheese and jalapeño
- Wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon and cover entire breast
- Hold together with toothpick
- Sprinkle with fajita seasoning
- Place approximately 30 dove in Tupperware dish and marinate in Italian dressing for desired amount.
- Cook on the grill and enjoy
