Double H Dove Poppers


Filleted dove breasts, jalapeños, bacon, cream cheese, fajita seasoning, Italian dressing, rounded toothpicks and Tupperware container(s).


  1. Fillet dove breasts off the breast bone
  2. Using a teaspoon, apply a dab of cream cheese on each dove breast
  3. Place desired amount of jalapeño on cream cheese
  4. Fold breast together to seal cream cheese and jalapeño
  5. Wrap with 1/3 slice of bacon and cover entire breast
  6. Hold together with toothpick
  7. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning
  8. Place approximately 30 dove in Tupperware dish and marinate in Italian dressing for desired amount.
  9. Cook on the grill and enjoy
